GYGY Infradesign has outlined its intentions to establish the 'Mentis' IT/ITES Park in Sector-140, Noida, within the Gautam Budh Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh. Spanning across a 4.94-acre land parcel, the GYGY Mentis project envisions the construction of two 24-floor buildings that will house IT office spaces and various amenities. These amenities encompass parking facilities, a grocery shop, cafeteria, and a jogging track.
